Of course you will find the "real" special shape balloons like the American flag (N-225YR), a rabbit (G-MAGC), Jesus on a cloud (N-148RV) and the Monster.com (G-MSTR).
However, I also included classic-shape balloons with add-ons.
Often the latter can hardly be called special shapes (having just small add-ons, see the glasses on the OO-BZB and the Pritt gluesticks on the PH-RTT). But they can be quite special-shape "alike" (see the Octopus PP-XRM and the Peacock PH-AUW).
